I've been an avid reader for as long as I can remember and a romance junkie since the twelfth grade. These days I read M/M romance novels almost exclusively. Inside Out
*** 2.5 World Building Stars ***Think I would have enjoyed it more had I read it AFTER reading Among the Living (and therefore had an emotional connection to the characters). As it was, I spent more time struggling to figure out the world of PsyCops than enjoying the budding dynamics between Vic and Jacob.
